Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2,827m) and Trek to Phakding (2,610m, 25-minute flight, 3-4 hours trek)
After breakfast, board a 25-minute Twin Otter flight to Lukla’s Tenzing-Hillary Airport, marveling at Himalayan views. Meet your Sherpa team and trek 3-4 hours, descending gradually to Cheplung village and past Mt. Khumbila (5,707m) to Phakding, a quaint village. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,438m, 5-6 hours)
