Day 02: Stay in Kathmandu for Official Procedure (1,338m)
Complete necessary trekking permits and visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, or Kathmandu Durbar Square. Attend a trek briefing and prepare gear. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 03: Drive to Aarughat (700m)
Drive 6-7 hours from Kathmandu to Aarughat via Dhading, following the Prithvi Highway with scenic views of rivers, hills, and villages. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 04: Trek to Soti Khola (815m)
Trek 5-6 hours from Aarughat to Soti Khola, following the Budhi Gandaki River through green Sal forests and terraced fields. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 05: Trek to Labu Bensi (900m)
Trek 6-7 hours to Labu Bensi, passing rocky trails, waterfalls, and rice terraces along the Budhi Gandaki River. Cross suspension bridges to reach this Gurung village. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 06: Trek to Dovan (1,020m)
Trek 6-7 hours to Dovan, crossing the Budhi Gandaki River via suspension bridges and passing small settlements. Enjoy lush landscapes and river views. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 07: Trek to Jagat (1,250m)

Day 08: Trek to Sama Pangsing (1,950m)

Day 09: Trek to Deng (2,600m)

Trek 5-6 hours to Ghap, crossing the Budhi Gandaki River multiple times via suspension bridges. Pass through forests and quaint villages with increasing Tibetan influence. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 11: Trek to Lho (3,148m)
Trek 5-6 hours to Lho, ascending through pine and rhododendron forests. Pass Namrung and enjoy stunning views of Manaslu and Ganesh Himal. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 12: Trek to Sama Gompa (3,517m)
Trek 4-5 hours to Sama Gompa (Sama Gaun), a large Tibetan village, passing Shyala village with views of Manaslu, Himal Chuli, and Peak 29. Explore local monasteries. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 13: Stay at Sama Gompa (3,517m)
Rest and acclimatize in Sama Gompa. Optional side trips to Birendra Lake, Pungyen Gompa, or Manaslu Base Camp (4,400m) for cultural and scenic exploration. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 14: Trek to Stone Hut (4,510m)

Trek 8-9 hours, crossing the dramatic Larkya La Pass (5,213m) with panoramic views of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, and Annapurna II. Descend through rocky trails to Bhimphedi (Bimtang). Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 17: Trek to Tilje (3,900m)
Trek 6-7 hours to Tilje, descending through rhododendron and pine forests along the Dudh Khola River. Pass small villages with views of Manaslu. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 18: Trek to Tal (1,720m)
Trek 6-7 hours to Tal, following the Marsyangdi River and joining the Annapurna Circuit trail. Pass through scenic villages and terraced fields. Overnight at a tented camp.

Day 19: Trek to Germu Phant (1,400m)

Spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November) offer stable weather, clear skies, and vibrant landscapes, ideal for trekking. Monsoon (June-August) is less suitable due to rain and landslides.
