Reservation Process

To reserve any services provided by Best Trips Nepal, clients are required to follow these steps:

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment must be made two months prior to the trip or as soon as the trip is confirmed. This payment confirms your commitment and allows the company to arrange necessary documents, permissions, and field staff.

• Full Payment: The remaining balance must be settled before the client begins the trip or any service upon arrival in Nepal.

• Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment is non-refundable if the client cancels or alters the trip for any reason.

• Refundable Advance: The advance payment is refundable only if Best Trips Nepal encounters technical impediments that prevent the trip from proceeding.

• Payment Methods: The advance payment can be deposited directly into our bank account via any bank worldwide, using credit card or cash.

  
  

  Negotiation

  For any concerns regarding the terms outlined, clients may engage in bilateral negotiations with Best Trips Nepal to reach a mutual agreement.

  Cancellation by Best Trips Nepal

  If Best Trips Nepal cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as war, natural disasters, conflict, or unfavorable climate, we will:

  • Offer an alternative trip of a similar standard.

  • If an alternative is not suitable, refund all payments made to the company. However, any additional expenses incurred by the client due to the booking are the client's responsibility.

  Client Cancellation Policy

  Clients who have paid the full amount for a trip are entitled to a refund if they cancel, subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • 60 Days or More Before Tour: No cancellation fees.

  • Less Than 30 Days Before Tour: The deposit is non-refundable.

  • 3–10 Days Before Tour: 75% cancellation fee.

  • Within 48 Hours Before Tour: 100% cancellation fee.

  Written notification is required to cancel any trip.
