Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,460m, 7-8 hours)
After an early breakfast, drive 7-8 hours from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, the trek’s starting point, via the scenic Trishuli River. Pass through terraced fields, charming villages, and enjoy distant views of Ganesh Himal. The road may be bumpy after Dhunche, but the Himalayan scenery compensates. Arrive in Syabrubesi and check into a guesthouse. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 02: Trek from Syabrubesi to Gatlang (2,238m, 5-6 hours)
Trek 5-6 hours from Syabrubesi to Gatlang, ascending through pine forests and terraced fields. Pass the Tamang village of Goljung, enjoying glimpses of Langtang peaks. Arrive in Gatlang, a hillside Tamang community with stone houses and terraced fields. Visit a local monastery and Parvatikunda Lake, and enjoy a cultural show featuring traditional Tamang dances. Day 03: Trek from Gatlang to Tatopani (2,607m, 6-7 hours)

Day 07: Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu (1,360m, 7-8 hours)
Drive 7-8 hours from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu, retracing the scenic route along the Trishuli River. Enjoy views of terraces, hills, and villages before arriving in Kathmandu. Check into a Thamel hotel to relax and reflect on the trek’s cultural and natural wonders. Overnight at a hotel.
