Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu (1,360m)
Land at Kathmandu International Airport, greeted by a Best Trips Nepal representative who provides a trek briefing. Transfer to a Thamel hotel to relax and prepare. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal (1,350m) and Trek to Chisapani (2,165m, 5 hours)
After breakfast, drive 1 hour from Kathmandu to Sundarijal, the trek’s starting point. Begin trekking through Shivapuri National Park, ascending through lush forests of rhododendron, oak, and pine. Pass the charming Tamang village of Mulkharka and continue to Chisapani, enjoying views of the Langtang Himalayan range and Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 03: Trek from Chisapani to Kutumsang (2,470m, 6-7 hours)
Trek 6-7 hours from Chisapani to Kutumsang, passing through meadows and small settlements like Pati Bhanjyang and Chipling. The trail offers glimpses of local village life and distant Himalayan peaks. Ascend gradually through forested paths, arriving at Kutumsang, a village with basic teahouses. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 04: Trek from Kutumsang to Tharepati (3,690m, 5-6 hours)
Trek 5-6 hours from Kutumsang to Tharepati, the highest point of the trek. Climb through rhododendron forests and open ridges, enjoying stunning views of Langtang Lirung (7,227m), Ganesh Himal (7,422m), and Dorje Lakpa (6,966m). Reach Tharepati, a scenic viewpoint with panoramic Himalayan vistas. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 05: Trek from Tharepati to Tarke Ghyang (2,560m, 4 hours), Continue to Melamchipul Bazaar (846m, 3 hours), and Drive to Kathmandu (1,360m, 5 hours)
Trek 4 hours from Tharepati to Tarke Ghyang, a picturesque Hyolmo village known for its large monastery, Ghyang, one of the oldest in Helambu. Explore the stone village’s Buddhist heritage, chortens, and prayer flags. Descend 3 hours to Melamchipul Bazaar, passing through jungles and villages. From Melamchipul Bazaar, drive 5 hours back to Kathmandu, enjoying views of terraces and hills. Overnight at a hotel.
